Hello everyone, Kahotan here! (@gsc_kahotan<\/a><\/span>)<\/span><\/p>\n

I remember back in my university days I once tried mixing anko (red bean jam) and milk together… it ended up with me feeling very sick… but I still love them both to this day!<\/p>\n

Today I’ll be introducing a a character who shares my love for anko…<\/p>\n

Nendoroid Chris Yukine! \u266a<\/span><\/strong>
\n<\/a>\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
From the popular anime series with a second season underway, ‘Senki Zesshou Symphogear’ comes a Nendoroid of Chris Yukine, the owner of Ichaival, the Second Relic Symphogear. She comes with three expressions including a smiling expression, shouting expression and swansong expression.<\/p>\n

She also comes with a huge number of powerful weapons including the ‘BILLION MAIDEN’ Gatling Cannon, the ‘CUT IN CUT OUT’ miniature missile launcher, the ‘MEGA DEATH QUARTET’ large missile launcher and even the laser cannons seen during her swansong!<\/span>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

The second season is already building up to a climax now, but the Nendoroids are based on the Symphogear Systems from the first season!<\/p>\n

\nShe has a rather petite build… but some rather impressive assets!! \uff1c\u25cf\uff1e\uff1c\u25cf\uff1e\uff76\uff6f<\/p>\n

They were always most noticeable during her transformation scene… :P

\nThe contrast between her mechanical parts and skin bits is lovely! And speaking of mechanical bits…!<\/p>\n

She comes with various huge weapons!!!<\/span><\/strong>
\nIncluding the previously mentioned assets!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

First up…
\nThe BILLION MAIDEN Gatling Gun! \u2605<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\nJust look at that firepower!! Four sets of three barrel Gatling cannons plus removable effect parts to display her shooting!! \uff8d(\uff9f\u2200\uff9f*)\uff89<\/p>\n

Next up we have the…
\nCUT IN CUT OUT Miniature Missile Launcher! \u2605<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\nThe heat-seeking missiles also comes with smoke effect parts to truly appear as if they are firing in mid-combat! \u266a<\/p>\n

<\/a>\"\"<\/a>
\nBut there are more missiles to come with the…
\nMEGA DEATH QUARTET Large Missile Launcher! \u2605<\/span><\/strong>
\n<\/a>\"\"<\/a>
\nEven in Nendoroid size the missiles look gigantic!! <\/p>\n

Plus, just as with the previous girls, a Noise is also included!
\n<\/a>\"\"<\/a>
\nLooking at all these optional parts together…
\nThey’re all so impressive!!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Let’s see if we can get a word with the planning team to see why they decided to add so many amazing parts!<\/p>\n

(\u30fb\u2200\u30fb) “Honestly it was hard to include all these weapons… but we just couldn’t resist!!”<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n<\/a>\"\"<\/a>
\nThey’re amazing though! There’s no other way to explain them!<\/p>\n

(\u30fb\u2200\u30fb) “We were hoping to recreate Chris’ many attacks as accurately as possible!”<\/span><\/p>\n

All these futuristic weapons must have been a lot of work to create! (\u00b4\u25a1\uff40\uff61)<\/p>\n

(\u30fb\u2200\u30fb) “They were a lot of work! But Chris is actually the first Nendoroid in the Symphogear series to be made using 3D sculpting! Robotic, angular things like the weapons work really well with 3D sculpts!”<\/span><\/p>\n

Hmm, I think we need a word with the sculptor too!<\/p>\n

*Sculptor Summon: Shinya Iguchi<\/span><\/span>*<\/span><\/p>\n

( \u30fb\u03c9\u30fb) “There are indeed a lot of weapons included with her, but that’s not to say that the Nendoroid itself should be overlooked! There are very intricate parts to her outfit around her head, hips and even legs! We made sure to balance those parts of her carefully too!”<\/span><\/p>\n

I was so scared I was going to lose some of the intricate little parts while taking photos…!<\/span><\/p>\n

( \u30fb\u03c9\u30fb) “Ah! Don’t you dare lose any!” *laughs*<\/span>
\n“The weapons required a lot more consideration than you might think. We needed to consider which weapons would still look good in Nendoroid size, as well as ensure that the parts could be easily mass produced!”<\/span><\/p>\n

I guess it’s not always easy to shrink down to shrink things down to chibi size!<\/p>\n

( \u30fb\u03c9\u30fb) “Sometimes I think we should have made the Nendoroids double the size they are so we could do more with them! But at the same time I just don’t think they’d be the same then!” <\/span><\/p>\n

What do the two of you like most about this Nendo?<\/p>\n

(\u30fb\u2200\u30fb) “I’d like to emphasize the swansong expression and laser cannon!”<\/span>
\n<\/a>\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

It’s a little bit calmer than Hibiki’s frenzied face and Tsubasa’s swansong expressions! ^^;<\/p>\n

(\u30fb\u2200\u30fb) “This is based on the scene where Chris protects Hibiki and Tsubasa in season one! She looks more relaxed as she knows she’s gained new friends in the two of them!”<\/span><\/p>\n

The reverse side of her outfit has also transformed!! (\u30fb\u2200\u30fb)!!
\n<\/a>\"\"<\/a>
\nAlthough quite small, little sliding parts are included for this pose!<\/p>\n

\nFor those of you who haven’t seen Hibiki’s frenzied face and Tsubasa’s swansong expression… here you are! \u2606<\/p>\n

\n( \u30fb\u03c9\u30fb) “Weirdly, I actually really like displaying her in a more gentle pose, without any of the weapons. Even without the weapons she has been made to be able to take amazingly cute poses!<\/span><\/p>\n

\nI can’t wait to display them all together! \u2665<\/p>\n
